A PLUS FOR HEALTHY SKIN
1. EXERCISE –important in beauty aid. At least 15-30 minutes a day depending on your physician's advice.
2. DO NOT SMOKE – smoke makes bad skin complexion
3. MINIMIZE ALCOHOL INTAKE – alcohol dehydrates skin
4. TAKE A BALANCED DIET & GOOD FOODS
HOW? Eat mostly fruits and vegetables with a little fish, meat of your choice. Take supplements when you think you need it. Like when I’m in a hurry sometimes and no time to prepare, I take supplements like ALIVE of Nature’s way, OPC xtra of optihealth and I always take vitamin C if I can’t drink vitamin –C rich juices because vit. C can’t be stored in our body. As the saying goes; “ we are what we eat.”
5. AVOID JUNK FOODS – too much salt
6. TAKE 8 HOURS SLEEP – makes your skin smooth
7. GO GREEN – all natural
8. DRINK AT LEAST 8 GLASSES OR MORE WATER DAILY
for those with gout , they are advised to drink at least 3000 liters / day
9. WIPE LEMON ALL OVER BODY BEFORE BATH –makes skin smooth
10. GO FOR STEAM, SAUNAS, AND SPAS – a detox
